Your procurement platform for upholstered furniture.

Our merchandise:

  • We sell upholstered furniture which is either new or as good as new. They derive from surplus productions, cancellations, trade fairs or regular production.
  • There are always about 5000 sets in stock and around 120 new arrivals each day.

Registration/Contact:

  • You can registers as a dealer with a valid trading license or – within the European Union – by means of your VAT ID number.
  • Or please call our sales team on: +49-5731-153551-1.
  • Once registered, you will be given access to our digital order system.

Select merchandise:

  • You can select merchandise on-site with the aid of our sales personnel.
  • Or you can select the articles of your choice direct by means of our digital order system and send us your order via e-mail using the Send function in your Basket.

Collection or delivery:

  • Having merchandise delivered

    We are happy to deliver your goods with our own vehicles to the following countries:

    Germany, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Western Czech Republic (as far as Prague)

    We calculate approximately 1€/km, but at least € 100.

    We always deliver within one week following your order. In case of prior agreement a more rapid delivery is possible.

  • Collecting merchandise yourself

    You are welcome to collect your goods on site.

    We will load your truck.

    Opening hours:

    Mon – Fri from 7 am until 5 pm.

    Please accept a one-hour wait approximately

  • Export / Container

    You are welcome to have your merchandise collected in a container. We will load your container tautly and spatially optimized.

    The goods will be weighed by us. At your request we will take care of their customs clearance, the corresponding paperwork and EUR1 certificates for which we will charge an extra fee of € 40.

  • By means of our digital scanning system the merchandise will be scanned off and can easily be compared to the invoice by means of the order number, each cargo piece containing the order number.

Payment of merchandise

  • Goods can be paid by different means:
    • a) By advance payment or payment to driver (on delivery). Please find our banking details on your booking confirmation.
    • b) Having successfully been checked by Crefo, you may also pay by invoice with terms of credit stipulated.

Control/complaints:

  • You can identify all models and compare them to the invoice by means of the barcode numbers.
  • Should, however, anything have been damaged in transport or should parts of the delivery be missing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service on +49-5731-153551-1 and we will take care of your problem.
